A Rolling Prairie couple was the victim of bold home-invaders last week.

Police were called out to the 7300 East Block of County Road 1000 North when a report came in that sometime the night before the home had been burglarized.

According to the police report, the couple had gone out to dinner when the husband complained of chest pains and was taken to the hospital where he was treated and had to stay overnight.

The man's wife told police she came home and went to bed and that sometime during the night she heard strange noises but ignored them.

The report indicated that the next day the wife awoke to see their 52-inch LCD television worth almost $4,000 was missing and that a sliding glass door that had been locked the night before was unlocked.

Currently, there are no suspects; however, the couple allegedly told police that they do use a cleaning service that not only has a key to their home but also sends different maids each time to clean their home.

The couple plans to cancel their service with the cleaning company and change all locks on their home.
