A man has already pleaded guilty to driving a snowmobile while drunk here

in LaPorte County.

Matthew Clark of Valparaiso was allegedly drunk when he fled from law enforcement

officers last month in the Westville area.

According to authorities...the 38 year old Clark took off into a field but could not outrun

police from three different agencies.

The arrest was during an enforcement blitz.

The blitz was in response to a man seriously injured near Hanna when he drove into

a ditch on a snowmobile.

Charles Zbuka was also allegedly intoxicated.

The plea agreement by Clark was submitted yesterday in LaPorte Circuit Court.

It's going to be reviewed before a decision on whether to accept the terms.
