One man has a right to be torn on who he roots for tonight.

But Jim Arnold will be cheering on the Slicers.

The LaPorte school board member graduated from Michigan City

as a Red Devil....in 1952 when Elston was one of the two high schools there.

But....his roots in more recent times.....have been in LaPorte....

Arnold has tickets for the game.....and says he'll root for the Slicers but if

Michigan City wins he'll cheer on the Wolves in the regionals..

Arnold is a member of the Michigan City sports hall of fame for his

work as a catcher on the Elston baseball team.

He's also a former state representative and two term LaPorte County sheriff.
